All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Please contact us to request a return.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please allow for longer processing times during peak periods and longer shipping times during any planned strike action periods outside of our control.

When returning an item you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and all applicable custom import fees. ikimono is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging.

International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ikimono is not responsible for these charges, they are your responsibility as the customer. For more information on duties and taxes in your region, we recommend you visit your local customs website.

Items must be returned in the condition with which they were purchased. ikimono reserves the right to reject items that do not match the purchase condition. We address return requests on a case-by-case basis but always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
